I am the founder of Steps Dance Fitness. I loved dance as a child, but never went to classes. In my twenties I decided to give Salsa a go and I've not looked back since!
I love all forms of dance and continue learning as often as I can. I am a wife, Mum to one little boy and one little girl and step-Mum to two more boys, so life is full of family fun! I am at my happiest when dancing and love to share this happiness and passion with others.
Dancing has been shown to be one of the best forms of exercise out there for both physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Whether you're looking for a bit of exercise, to meet people, or to really get into the technical side of dance, we would love to help you.
